Ingredients:

• 1 onion
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes
• 1 coffee spoon sweet paprika
• Salt, to taste
• 1/2 glass white wine
• Olive oil
• 15 shrimp
• 1/2 coffee spoon ground saffron (açafrão)
• 1/2 cup requeijão

Directions:

In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until it starts to turn golden.
Add the cherry tomatoes, halved, and sauté for a few minutes until they begin to soften.
Season with sweet paprika and salt to taste.
Add the shrimp and lightly sear on both sides, taking care not to overcook them.
Pour in the white wine and let it reduce to cook off the alcohol.
Finally, add the requeijão and stir well until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
